10 Foods We Should Eat Everyday.

Researchers are always making more connections between diseases and what we eat and what we do not eat.

 

Red fruits.
These flamboyant and tasty fruits contain one of the best health elixirs: Flavonoids.
A recent study by the University Of East Anglia (UK) and King’s College London confirmed that people who regularly ate red fruits were less likely to suffer from inflammation of the body – Obesity, cardiovascular diseases or cancers and diabetes. Make it a habit to add one spoonful to your natural yogurt every day.

 

Fermented Cabbage.
Known as “sauerkraut”, fermented cabbage is native to China although it is now widely consumed in the Asia. In addition to the other benefits of this vegetable, it has been scientifically proven that the good bacteria produced by fermentation help to prevent the formation of tumors, protect the intestine and rebuild the beneficial flora of this area. To prepare it, just cut the cabbage, let it rest for 10 minutes with a little salt and pour it in a well hermetic container: after 15 days, it will ferment and you will be able to benefit from all its nutrients. Eat it in small quantities as an accompaniment to your dishes.

Papaya.
Use it for dessert, juice or chunks in salad. every time you eat papaya, you will benefit from a wonderful enzyme: papain. Rich in vitamin C and beta-carotene, this substance helps to better digest proteins. Consume it every day, especially if you are one of those who slowly digest or who often suffer from colitis, heartburn or gastroenteritis.

 

Dried fruit.
People who eat a small handful of dried fruits every day have 20% less risk of dying from cardiovascular disease or cancer. According to the studies, their magnesium content protects against these diseases. In order to not forget to eat them every day, adopt them as a snack between meals with a lean yoghurt or an infusion. Be careful not to abuse it (20 to 30 g per day = 8 to 14 units) because you would consume too many calories if you do not adapt your meals accordingly.

 

Especially Nuts.
If you are particularly worried about your heart, about the health of your brain.
Eat three or four nuts a day as dessert or with a salad. Their exceptional Omega 3 content makes it possible to avoid cardiovascular problems and to preserve mental capacities perfectly. Same thing if you are going through a stressful period or want to take care of your nails and hair, which will then be well nourished and shiny.




Linseed or Flaxseed.
These tiny nutritional “pearls” bring you a long list of trace elements. Numerous studies advocating its properties and the latest one claims that flax seeds can largely help prevent prostate cancer and facilitate menopause, women suffer fewer hot flushes, joint pain and Muscles and vaginal dryness, while having better morale. You can add them in your soups, purees and yogurts.

 

Germinated Garlic.
Who has thrown a head of garlic completely sprouted (when green shoots come out of the pods)? Well from now on, it will no longer end up in the trash but in your stomach! A study published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry states that germinated garlic contains more antioxidants than fresh garlic because germination causes the appearance of other phytochemicals that further protect your cells and arteries.

Honey has been nicknamed “the most natural antibiotic” for many years and retains its title. Apples.

Add them to your salads (they can be eaten raw), purees, stews, or make them a full-fledged dish by returning them to the pan with a seasoning, simply with garlic, Olive oil and parsley or with prawns.
