10 Tips to Stay Beautiful at Awakening.

In cosmetics, what matters most is consistency! Apart from it, no salvation. To be beautiful on awakening, there are the essentials: sleep reasonable hours and not to make excess (cigarette and alcohol are particularly in this view). Beyond these evidences, there are gestures and small rituals that give the little push you needs every day.

 

The golden rule: Give sleeping hours to yourself and get to bed before midnight.

if you want to look good, you must start by getting on bed little early. A sleep before midnight is immediately felt on a face. So at eleven, say goodbye to everyone and you should jump in bed before midnight!

Sleep a sufficient number of hours for yourself, this is the most important. When you wake up with a dirty head it keeps our whole day, think about it! The morning is the time when we are supposed to be at our best form (and our mind too), so better get enough sleep.

 

Remove makeup, whatever happens!
The gesture that saves when we fall from fatigue is very simple: you should never forget to remove makeup!

Remove makeup carefully every night including skin and eyes, even when you are not wearing makeup. And thereafter apply on face a milk, a lotion or a micelle water eventually.

A Rich Cream or Lotion for the night.
Before dropping gently fall into the arms of Morpheus, apply on your face (for all skin types) a nourishing, a vegetable butter or vegetable oil to nourish the skin in depth. Not bad if the skin is shining a bit, this is the advantage of the night! Sleep is the time when the skin is reformed. IT works all day even at night. It represents a good way to get up with a plumped and elastic skin.

If one fears the effect of too nourishing, apply a cream for your skin type for the night. Rather than fluid when you have oily skin or a rich cream for those with dry skin. Rinsed it with water, applying a tonic or a floral lotion to remove lime scale. And do not forget: you are now working on skin which is your first impression on others.




Tame your hair for the night can be useful.
To have well placed hair on awakening, it is best to tie them, as the hair dries on contact with pillows. Some protective headgear will prevent chafing, such as braided or twisted bun (take the length of hair and wound on itself). If you prefer not to tie them, sleep on silk pillows, silk cotton or satin (less expensive than silk). The hair will less damaged on slippery tissue.

 

How to care for lips?
Balm can be applied to your lips at bedtime – a balm with vegetable oils, however products containing liquid paraffin are avoided. The occlusive effect prevents dehydration. but it’s just an impression. Vegetable oils have better nourishing power on the lips. There are also bees wax salves or Shea butter, which are very effective.

The Teeth is important!
Be nice to wake also involves white teeth and fresh breath. Teeth are a sensitive area, it is still better to avoid doing anything usual. You can still sprinkle your teeth to gain a little shade by adding a little soda on your brush. Finally for breath, a little trick that can help: you rub a drop of essential oil of peppermint on your tongue. The palate will be fresh and purified.

 

The cure detox or vitamin cocktail for a fresh revival.
For a brighter skin, nothing like a glass of water with lemon in bed. therefore mix lemon juice and a bit of water at normal temperature. It’s fresh and it gives good face. To change, and to refuel vitamins, you can also opt for a fresh juice or smoothie.




The little bang that fits you well
To bring a glow to your skin in the morning, apply on your face a few drops of fruits water that comes out of the fridge. For example, the hydrosol of carrot gives good looks, Fresh wakes up and closes the pores. Then make your usual rituals, using a vegetable oil or a day cream.

Cosmetics needs a lot of prevention. You can scrub once a week and a mask adapted to its type and your skin condition. Oily or dry skin, sensitive skin, irritated or every type that exists!
And remember: the skin, it must be maintained for the long term.

Concealer Action.
For dark circles, a drop of vegetable oil applied under the eye massage will help them fade a little. To fight against swollen eyes, the Aloe Vera gel will help in a lifting effect. Therefore it is applied first and ends with the oil.

To avoid puffy eyes, you can also leverage the power of masks: a fresh gel mask that is placed in the refrigerator can help deflate eyes. It refreshes and it rests eyes. It can also lie either with a burst mask that you keeps all night or even put under a glow mask while having your coffee.

 

And the last resort?
If one really looks bad to the point of awakening and it is not sortable, fortunately there is vegetable oil Burrito. A little stronger in color than the carrot, Mix few drops of it in the day cream, a coloring power that will give instant healthy glow. If your skin is very dull, you can also apply it directly to the skin. If you has not slept the last night, so this is the only trick that saves your face!
