You know that like attracts like, right?
So that’s how it works: positive people are attracted to the positive energy, the Negative people are attracted by the negative energy. We tend to perceive negative energy as something that others have. Of course, sometimes we are negative: as “go and leave me alone!” But did you know that negativity can be so ingrained in you that it goes unnoticed?
This is because the negativity sometimes wears a costume called “reality.” It is easy to be convinced that we are “just realistic” and that it is that based on a dream, and we believe in it! You may assume that positive people are not realistic, they are naive, stubborn and they veil their faces, and they take the trouble light and so on. But these people are really happy idiots or there is something related to their positive attitude. Take this into consideration: since when being “realistic” means that things will necessarily evil and you have to accept it as truth? When you observe the world from a perspective “realistic”, you cannot help but be negative if your version of reality is negative. If your version of reality is no, you are programmed to believe that everything that can go wrong, will go wrong and everything can go well, will also probably wrong.
Subconsciously you have beliefs that make you a negative person without realizing it!
So if this negativity is so ingrained in you that you do not notice, how do you determine if you are stuck in a cloud of negative energy that attracts the wrong people, problems and bad feelings? And how can you be sure you will not perpetuate this negativity?
Here is a short questionnaire to assess the level of negative energy in you:
Do you complain? All the time or just sometimes?
Do you speak often of what’s wrong in the world that what will?
This includes time “terrible” traffic “horrible” the government “stupid,” “lousy” economy, in-laws “stupid”, etc.
Do you criticize?
All the time or just some people.
Are you attracted by the tragedies and disasters ?
(can you take off the TV when there is a new disaster news story and can you avoid getting involved in the lives of celebrities who have dysfunctional problems?)
Do you blame?
All the time or just certain situations.
Do you believe that you have no control over most of your results?
Do you feel like a victim?
Are you talking about people who do things for you?
Are you grateful for what is, or will you be thankful when things finally start to go well for you?
Do you feel like the things that happen to you? Or do you think they happen through you?
These last two points are important: If you are not recognizing except when things go well, you are negative. Recognition is something positive. If you are grateful for what people do for you, (including the unpleasant school life lessons) then you can invite more and more positive energy into your life. Believe that things come by themselves to you, it puts you in a victim position, and because it suits you to drop ‘the force’ then it becomes easier to be negative.
So consider this alternative: who or what is to blame when good things happen to you?
Do you acknowledge that you are responsible for good things, like if you worked hard, you’ve earned, etc. but blame external events or other people for your failures?
So how it came that when good things happen, it is the result of your efforts, but when things go wrong, it’s not your fault? Nobody likes to hear that. It takes courage to accept that it is you who create your own experience on earth!
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, you have the negative energy to some degree! To clear your negative energy and raise your vibration, you will need to learn to choose a positive attitude. Here is another interesting idea to consider: have you noticed that positive people seem to get what they want from life, even if things do not go as they want, they still continue to enjoy the life … while negative people moan and complain about their misfortunes and even the good things in their lives?
To clear the negative energy, try this 3 step process:
1. Take the lead ‘As long as you think that everything is the fault of others, you suffer. When you realize that everything arises in you, you can then move toward peace and joy. “The Dalai Lama
2. Replace negative thoughts with positive ones. This takes practice, dedication, and to make the decision to see the world through the eyes of “what can go well” instead of “what can go wrong”. You’ll have to catch you when you speak of negativity, and will have to immediately change speech.
3. In order to bring more love and enlightenment in your life, imagine the positive instead of staying stuck in negativity, overcome the conditioning of the past, think intuitively with your soul instead of “reality”, and create a new desired reality in your imagination and the manifest in the outer world. Nobody wants that negative energy permeates their lives, but many people tolerate it. But we tolerate unconsciously, on the basis of past conditioning that suggests an inevitable result of certain situations.
Once you have overcome this conditioning and you’ll realize that the future is not set in stone, but you have more control over your situation than you think, you can begin to consciously design your life. What will happen next? Your magnetically attract positive energy that you will consider as good and right for you: people, situations, things, and you will notice a huge, huge increase your happiness and inner peace. Why not choose positive energy? Make some changes around you, and you will quickly see positive changes in your life. Enjoy the well-being and abundance!
