Have you ever been accused of “getting up late” “to abuse the fat mat ‘ ” or ” to spend your days in bed “? Well happy now … because you should be!
Indeed, scientists have recently demonstrated that sleep is closely related to creativity, imagination or reflection. So, if you are one of those that sleep again and again and wake to stay under the duvet, do not change your habits. It explains everything. The Huffington Post has addressed a list of scientific studies on the benefits to be active at night, and snooze during the day. In the lot, two conclusions have left: this lifestyle would play on the intelligence and creativity.
First, in terms of intelligence, it is the University of Madrid who lifted the veil on the issue. Property researchers studied circadian rhythms. A circadian rhythm is a biological rhythm of a duration of 24 hours. In humans, the sleep-wake rhythm is the one that scores the most everyday life. Thus, the students were divided into two categories, and it turns out that in general, those who go to bed late and lying in bed upto late morning, shows more logical reasoning and much more structured than others. In other words, they would be more intelligent, in broad course theme.
Secondly, regarding creativity. The Psychology Department of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan led the investigation. And professors behind the study found that people who stay awake late at night and who often sleep late are, mostly, show more imagination and a unique view of the world.
This is what explains Professor Marina Giampietro, who led the research: “Multiple situations coming out of prerequisite habits encourages the development of an unconventional mind and skills to find alternative and original solutions. And standing the night and sleep the day, it is nothing but normal. So, live by this inverted lifestyle could improve some of our core competencies.
You’ll understand what we must remember is that live and sleep at night is not so bad that your dear parents have suggested to you during your youth. In fact, science has shown that it would be very positive. Now you know what to answer to all those who deal with “lazy” or “rag”. Finally, the genius is you!
